Mixed messages

If someone is looking you in the eye with a furrowed brow and a snarled lip and says, “Everything’s gonna be fine, trust me.”

When a car in front of you has a Jesus fish on the bumper and a punisher symbol dripping blood stuck on the back window.

When you ask someone how they are doing as you exit the room.

When you want to decrease your body fat % and you consume bread at every meal.

When you want to feel rested at work and you surf the internet for an untracked amount of time right before you go to sleep.

Mixed message take up bandwidth and energy from those who receive them.
