As Close to (perfectly) Healthy as Necessary

The thing is, with almost limitless options of where to exercise, from Curves to Crossfit, and year-round availability of most foods (it’s Spring-time somewhere), just about every decision you make about what to eat, how to move, and when to recuperate can be made healthier.

That’s not the question.

The question is: Is your health as close to perfect as it needs to be? As close to perfect as your life demands? As close to perfect as your budget, your time, your values, and the environment can allow?

It’s not settling if you let loose a little when you’ve reached CHN. It’s simply living a balanced life.
